I love that the Coaches will always push you when you think you’ve reached your limit… they just know… actually it’s a bit of a love hate thing… it hurts but feels so good when you have pushed through the pain. The Oxygen “family” is a very motivating and positive group, with a real sense of belonging. There is a real sense of team that shows itself when anyone has a win of any kind, big or small.

I find the group size allows for plenty of attention from the Coaches if required… whether its correcting technique or just upping the weights! The group is small enough to be accountable but big enough to create an environment of motivation and competition. This competition is more about each individual competing against themselves… to push to the next level more than beating each other… unless its Challenge Week, then it’s win at all costs!

The Coaches never make you feel inferior in any way, they just seem to know when you need a word of encouragement or a push to keep going. The sessions always appear reasonably simple but are so effective and I’m now doing things I never thought I could… and I didn’t die or spew.

I think the membership packages are great and I love the fact that I’m accountable… nowhere to hide. Obviously different things work for different people, but Oxygen works for me!

I love the group camaraderie, even though we’re all there for ourselves, working at our own level, each member wants the others to excel… it creates a real positive vibe. I love the challenge of moving forward and setting goals, and being held accountable for both.

The Nutrition Coaching has completed the puzzle of healthy living. Now I have exercise with a positive friendly group who aren’t afraid to push and know how to eat the right foods to fuel the journey. Plus I won $2000 for winning the Challenge so that’s a bonus. I love Oxygen!!!

Hey Guys, I just wanted to send you a quick photo of how much change you have helped me achieve since starting with you 5 months ago. I’m a little embarrassed to be sending it but the photos don’t even come close in showing how much I have changed physically and mentally since being introduced to this type of lifestyle.

You guys at Oxygen don’t get enough recognition for how much support and guidance you provide to all of us, and to make me feel comfortable training every single session is a big deal and I’m very grateful for that. So thanks heaps.

6 months ago I was feeling tired and heavy. I’d stopped regular exercise, my diet featured more fast food than fruit and my energy was really low. I was nervous walking in the first time, but I really shouldn’t have been!

They took the time to work out my goals and what I was looking for and tailored a program and plan that perfectly fitted me. The other people that I train with at Oxygen are warm and friendly and welcomed me from day 1 (and they’re pretty inspiring – there’s some very fit people there!).

Oxygen offers a complete package that includes guidance on food and goal setting and has the attention of personal training alongside the fun and social aspect of training with a group. Since joining I’ve had the support to be able to push myself more than I would have thought possible, and I’m becoming fitter and stronger than I have ever been before.

I love seeing the changes in my body, my mindset, my confidence and my energy levels. I train 5-6 days a week – for me it’s a wonderful part of my day – and I’ve made a whole bunch of new friends. I now recommend Oxygen to everyone I talk to – I believe everyone of all fitness levels or goals will find great benefit with being part of the Oxygen crew.

Great Coaches, great Gym, they constantly find a way to mix it up and keep it interesting and it gets results. I joined 12 months ago with no expectations but hopes of improvement. The improvements happened for me, slowly, incrementally, but they happened. The Member of the Year Award is massively appreciated and equally humbling. Having spent the day with Dave Lambert from Oxygen Health and Fitness in Kiama, reviewing their business and service delivery I can honestly say that the systems, programs and pure ‘over delivery’ to their clients is second to none. I have been coaching hundreds of Fitness Business Owners all over Australia and New Zealand over the last 10 years and none have the level of sophistication in their delivery of Boot Camps like Oxygen Health and Fitness in Kiama.
