 Welcome to another Monday Motivator to kickstart your week.

We’re a week into our year here at Oxygen and I’ve had a number of discussions with Oxygen Health & Fitness clients, friends and acquaintances about New Year’s Resiolutions and Fitness Goals etc. Obviously many of those discussions revolve around health & fitness but there’s plenty of other areas that people are, and should be, focussed on to make the year ahead everything they desire.

This is the time to be clear about it. Last week was our first of the year but it’s really two weeks into 2014. How much more time do you want to let slip by without really going after what it is you want?

This is only the first step mind you, getting clear about what it is you want. There’s creating the plan to go after it and then the grind and sweat and toil of going after something meaningful.

A lot of people don’t even make it first stage – knowing what they want.

Not you though, if you’re reading this it’s because I know you have something deep inside you, some burning desire to achieve. You’re a go-getter, you might just need a little shove from time to time.

This is that shove.

If you don’t aim for it all, you’ll never get it all. To aim for it requires that you know what you want.

Go get it.
