This dreary weather makes me think of my slow cooker, and remember all of my cosy Winter favourites! I can’t wait to get this Lamb Chili simmering away over the weekend while the drizzle continues over Kiama!
The recipe instructs you to simmer for 2hrs on the stove, but it can also be cooked in the slow cooker for 4 – 6hrs on low. Just saute the lamb as instructed, then chuck it all in the pot and you’re good to go!
