6 months ago I was feeling tired and heavy. I’d stopped regular exercise, my diet featured more fast food than fruit and my energy was really low. I was nervous walking in the first time, but I really shouldn’t have been!
They took the time to work out my goals and what I was looking for and tailored a program and plan that perfectly fitted me. The other people that I train with at Oxygen are warm and friendly and welcomed me from day 1 (and they’re pretty inspiring – there’s some very fit people there!).
Oxygen offers a complete package that includes guidance on food and goal setting and has the attention of personal training alongside the fun and social aspect of training with a group. Since joining I’ve had the support to be able to push myself more than I would have thought possible, and I’m becoming fitter and stronger than I have ever been before.
I love seeing the changes in my body, my mindset, my confidence and my energy levels. I train 5-6 days a week – for me it’s a wonderful part of my day – and I’ve made a whole bunch of new friends. I now recommend Oxygen to everyone I talk to – I believe everyone of all fitness levels or goals will find great benefit with being part of the Oxygen crew.
