Winter Warrior update
Week 5 of the 13 week Winter Warrior Challenge saw a number of people lift their attendance. I compiled another 7 sessions to increase my tally to 33/77.
Don’t beat yourself up too much if you miss a session. If that happens, just focus on the next session and get back on track. Dwelling on past performances (or lack thereof) wont get you anywhere.
