I’m on a personal mission to complete 75 exercise sessions by the start of Summer. That’ll be comprised of Spartan Training Club, Saddleback Smash training and some Kiama Boot Camp sessions. I’ve been getting about 4-5 sessions each week but I know that 6th session is going to make a big difference to my overall perfomance and results. Time to grow to another level.
