We have Athletes in Rugby League, Cricket, Hockey, AFL, Soccer, Touch Football, Triathlon & Volleyball. We create Strength, Conditioning & Mobility Programs that are completed in a Team based Semi Private Training Environment. This helps local level Sports Athletes improve their performance and enjoy more success on the field.
Elite Athletes work with Professionals to stay at the top of their game. They enlist the expertise of experienced Strength & Conditioning Coaches to create Programs and they also test to gauge their improvement. We bridge the gap between Local level and the Elite experience.
At Oxygen Health & Fitness, we put our Members through a full Strength & Conditioning Testing Week every 3 Months. Their results are measured up against their own previous efforts and they aim to qualify for either Fit Chicks Club for Women, or Spartan Training Club for Men. Over time, Members work their way up through the Rankings aiming for Athlete Standards, then Champion Standards and eventually, Elite.
The Athlete Challenge is a 3 Month Commitment starting with Testing Week, Two x 6 Week Programs (roughly) and a follow up Testing Week. Your aim is to hit Athlete Standards for these Tests: 1RM Squat, 1RM Deadlift, 1RM Power Clean, 1RM Bench Press, Max Push Ups, Max Pull Ups, Plank, Rower, Body Fat %.
