Summer Smoothie


  • 150g pineapple, peeled, chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled, chopped
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
  • ½ cup ice cubes


1. Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
