Boxing – Our most popular class, this High Intensity session includes Focus Pad punching for cardio rounds, combinations, resistance rounds and often abdominal training. All boxing equipment supplied. Suitable for all fitness levels from Beginners to Advanced.

Strength – Full body Resistance Training Class aimed at building strength and activating lean muscle mass to burn more calories. Classes may be structured in a circuit format or a more traditional approach. All equipment provided and is suitable for all fitness levels from Beginners to Advanced.

Interval Run – Bursts of high intensity running are alternated with periods of low intensity slow jogging/walking. This type of training has been proven over time to be one of the most potent fat burning exercises around. Suitable for Intermediate to Advanced fitness levels.

Stretch – Lower Intensity Class targeted towards improving Flexibility through yoga sequences, balances exercises, static and assisted stretching. An invigorating way to finish the week and stretch out any tight, sore muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels from Beginners to Advanced. All equipment provided.
