It’s the Daily News and some really feel good Wednesday Wellbeing tips. I was very excited to announce last night that Oxygen Health & Fitness had become the top fundraiser Australia wide for the Push Ups for Charity event that we held on Saturday.
Push Ups for Charity has over 50 locations Australia wide so it really has become a National event. Considering we only had a one week lead up and we didn’t actually get any participants from the Police or Fire Brigades, we did an amazing job to raise over $3000 in 90 seconds.
To everyone that participated and donated you should feel an immense feeling of pride that you have contributed to a worthy cause. Make A Wish grant the cherished wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions. Re-read that sentence again and think about what a difference we’ve made.
I’ll often speak to people that are quick to put themselves down.
But to give themselves praise and allow themselves to be proud of their achievements, many people find difficult.
Well, I give you permission.
