Body Balance Week 3

Participants have been concentrating on the 10 Rules of Good Nutrition and creating their weekly menu plans from the brilliant cookbook Gourmet Nutrition. The task moving into this week is developing food preparation strategies to make healthy eating a part of their everyday lifestyle. Some participants have lost 3-4kgs already so there should be some fantastic results by Christmas.

Weekly Wisdom

Now is the time to…
Be passionate about your work

Try to find work that excites your passions,
that inspires you to push your bourndaries.
Strive to be the best you can at it.
Allow yourself to enjoy it.
And spread enjoyment at work.
Give it your respect
Others will respect you in return.

‘I do take my work seriously and the way to do that is not to take yourself too seriously.’
Allan Rickman(1946-)
