What’s been happening?

 

Winter Workout Warriors

 

We’re one month into the Oxygen Health & Fitness competition to see who can attend the most sessions through winter. We’ve got a FREE month of Group Training to give to the top 3  people with the person who comes first also scoring 2 nights accomodation at the Red Lion B&B in the Hunter Valley. At this stage the top 6 contenders are: Jen Bombaci/Vicki Green/Tammy Langlios (17), Claire Osborne (20) and Lisa Morris on a massive 23 sessions. Keep it up people there is still two months to go!

 

Referral Contest

 

Another contest we’ve got happening at Oxygen through the winter is the Refer-A-Friend Win an Ipad. There’s one FREE month of Personal Training to the person who referrs the most names and a 16GB Apple Ipad to the person who referrs the most people that join. At this stage Lynley Reid Coles is the one to catch! If you know someone that’s been thinking about getting fit, losing weight, toning up, send us their name, number and email and we’ll offer them a free two week trial.

Oxygen Hoodie Orders

There’s been a big demand for our new Navy Hoodies lately so we’re placing another order. You can also order the Sky Blue Zip Hoodie and Collared Tops as well. All jumpers are $50 and must be paid for by Wednesday the 4th July.

 

Fitness Assessment

Friday 6th July
Remember these are held every 2nd month (Jan,March,May,July,Sept,Nov). If you miss this opportunity to get your all important stats you wont get another chance untill spring. Remember this mantra:

“If you’re not assessing, you’re just guessing”

Everyone wants to IMPROVE something from their training so make sure you get to the Kiama Scout Hall 6am Friday 6th July for your assessment.
